No, a reporter quoting from a scientist that has studied supermans hv enough to know that there is no limit that they can find said that. As we know, dc earth is alot more technologically advanced than our earth. We have only been \able to generate three billion degrees, dc earth is more advanced, so that is why three billion degrees is the minimum. Hulk has not shown himself to be able to stand temperatures as hot as supermans hv.
