And I would just like to point out an attack doesn't have to be lethal to be a OHK ability or OHW ability. Look at BFR 😛

Because in essence they both accomplish the same thing. Changing the pool of powers each team has to draw from. One does it by giving one side more to work with while the other just takes away so they have less to work with.

So unless you plan on a totally hand to hand strat, which I hope you aren't, especially against Super saiyan jubilee and company, then you don't have to complain so much.

Power Nullification allows for no such thing. It is unblockable. Provides the Basis for OHK and OHW. Directly effects the other team's characters without the benefit of being able to counter the power itself. Let me ask you what level do you have to be before we get people who if touched by Scrambler would actually be able to defend against it.

Power Draining is un-Blockable. It's exactly the thing that makes Rogue banned, textbook definition. This is an obvious case of rule infringement and should be banned.

You should read comics more. Leech couldn't block rogues power, and she couldn't copy or absorb his. Power nullification works on ONE target. You will have at least 6 if you have a dupe on your team. Now it's been ruled as legal. Get to work on a strat.

You cannot resist the Power Drain. It's a OHK. Once it affects you, you're down on the ground. No way to win. It is impossible to resist.

I remember Emma knocking leech out. And The xmen have gotten out of leeches effects as well. The fact that neither have a large radius coupled with the fact that neither are uber like rogue, makes the argument fail. He's already ruled that both were admissible.
