Movie From Elementary School
When I was in kindergarten through 2nd grade we lived in Las Vegas. Every year in school we were shown a movie designed to teach compassion for the elderly.
The three main characters were an old woman, a small girl and her younger brother. The old woman lived alone, near the children. The girl and her brother would cross the street to avoid going near the womans' house. She had apple trees in her yard.
All the children in the neighborhood said the woman was a witch, and her apples were poisonous.
One day the woman invited the children to come for tea or snacks or something? In the video, it showed the woman waiting for the children at the appointed time. a grandfather clock was ticking and her large dining table was set beautifully. It didn't look like the children were going to show up, but at the last minute they did and amazingly didn't die when they ate her homemade apple pie!
Anybody have a clue???
I would love to have a copy of this movie...

Dustin Hoffman Movie?
Trying to remember the title to this movie which I think starred Dustin Hoffman. The scene I remember was of the wife/mother was in the kitchen with the child while Hoffman? was doing something in possibly that barhroom brushing his teeth.
The scene begins with the mother stepping into a small puddle of water on the floor as she reaches to turn on a switch on the wall, then cuts to the husband in the bathroom looking in the mirror as the light above iit flashes, he hears the child in the kitchen shout or scream and rushes in to see his wife being electrocuted.
He yells to the child about to touch the mother to stop, and grabs him/her, and clutches him/her to his chest. The camera cuts to his face as he watches the wife quivering while electricty pluses through her, and he weeps repeating no,no,no.
Was this just a scene from Kramer vs Kramer or an entirely different movie with a different actor? Help.
Does Anyone Know The Name of This Movie???
I remember see a movie on HBO when I was a kid and for the life of me can't remember the title. I saw it in the late 70's or early 80's. It was about a couple who murder anyone who moves into their old home. They live in the house next door and murder any couple that moves in to the house. The murders occur over the 1920's, 30's, 40's and I think 50's. The movie starts out in the twenties and the couple are gangsters sort of like Bonnie and Clyde. Does anyone remember this movie?

I saw this movie on T.V (possibly on one of the movie channels if you have digital cable). I keep thinking it had Sandra Bullock in it but I'm probably just getting confused with a movie that I watched that same day on the same channel (Practical Magic). Anyway, this girl is a chef or a cook or something at a restaurant and her emotions effect the people she feeds her food to... for intance, in one scene she make soup and she's crying and a tear falls into the soup and who ever eats it gets sad. Man it sounds really dumb when it's here in front of me but it was a REALLY good movie. It's a chick flick ahaha. It was around 2001-02 that I watched it I think but I don't think it was a new movie.

Check out the movie "The Watcher in the Woods" it came out in 1981 and it kind of sounds like thats want your looking for.
So many movies! Please help!!
I have so many movies from my childhood where I can only remember random scenes. Here are a few:
1) There's a little girl alone in a dark house. She's holding a teddy bear. She twists the bear's plastic eye off and it starts to bleed.
2) A woman walks into her home and sees her cat eating something on the kitchen table. She takes a closer look and finds out it's a human finger.
3) A woman wakes up in bed next to a dead guy with a (rusty?) sword sticking out of his stomach. She freaks out and is later seen scrubbing the blood off everything in the room.
4) There's a young boy in a hospital with progeria or some other aging disease. I think he befriends a woman doctor. There is one scene where she goes into a house and finds a dead woman inside a refrigerator. In another scene, she is in the hospital room with the cadavers and has to hide in the tank with one of them. When she gets out, she has to wash off all the preserving liquid.
I know these are really vague but I would be so grateful if anyone could help!! Thanks so much!

I'm trying to identify a movie I came across on cable within about the last 10 years or so. A young man checks into a bed-and-breakfast style hotel in a small town with the intention of killing himself. The town is populated with unusual characters who all become aware of his plan. Eventually the film builds up to the main character walking down a road, accompanied by some of the townspeople. I seem to recall they are pressuring him into fulfilling his promise, though I can't remember the outcome.
It seems like the main character was Kyle MacLachlan or someone with a similar appearance, but I'm not sure of that. I can't find anything in his filmography that seems to match it, though I'll admit I haven't followed every single one of his IMDB links.
Any help appreciated.

Reliable sources have told me that your first one is "Still of the Night" from 1982, with Meryl Streep, the late Roy Scheider, and Jessica Tandy. I have my doubts, though.
Your second one sounds like "The Morning After" with Jane Fonda, Jeff Bridges, and Raul Julia.
