Those pages are respectful to Ares. He fought to the end and died heroically. Thor one-shotted Sentry, but it seems like Ares fought Void instead. You can tell the difference between the Sentry that fought Thor and the one that fought Ares. Those eyes and the tentacles coming from his wounds, it's Void that's in control. No shame in losing to a more powerful foe.

Not sure. But I know Balder fought his way out of Hel's realm. Plus, it looks like Hercules will die in his book so I don't know how this death will tie in with Ares.

Take it back he didn't do so bad after all. I was too tired to read it properly. It kinda went as expected. Ares is good enough to put up a bit of a fight but unfortunately Sentry is out of his class.

X2 Also if this turns out to be the Void then it is a great showing. The Void broke everybone in hulk's body and not for nothing Ares did alot better then Hulk did against the Void IMO
Olympians are suppose to be like the only true immortal gods, but then again so is Mikaboshi because he was stated to be here before everything. Its also stated that the gods can die if something happens to a large portion of there body which is what happen to Ares which I don't agree with. Marvel doesn't give this guy enough cred. Hercules played around with Sentry and won like it was nothing, Ares fight Herc to almost stand still but can't really take on Sentry? I mean yeah he cut the cut but got ripped in half? If it was so simple to rip him in half why didn't Mikaboshi do it or some one else for that matter. He's a cool character Marvel needs to keep there cool character Sentry get alot more fans if he didn't get rid of the cool characters, carnage, ares, molecular man.
