Galan but again show me where Thanos has been beaten KOed physically or killed from Physical punishment that would have you believe Orion could accomplish this. Orion MAY be the better h2h combatant which is debatable but the durability factor and greater strength wins him this battle in my eyes each and every time.

Absolutely nothing. CA can duke it out with Hulk. That doesn't make him anywhere near Hulk's league though.

Because the way he manhandled Herc, Hulk, and Thor, etc. showed that he has incredible agility, good reflexes, decent strength, and decent skill. Someone who can lift 1000 tons can throw tanks around like they're toys. This is P implies Q. And I definitely see someone who can throw tanks around like they're toys mandhandling a Herc, Hulk, etc. is they have the necessary agility, speed, and fighting skill. This is Q implies R. So Q implies R, which means Thanos could be 1000 tons or less.
^ comic characters being judged by lifting dead weight is archaic to say the least, especially when a character can easily drub a guy who can tear mountains from the earth's crust.
darkseid, doomsday, thanos, and *gasp* red hulk don't need to lift a damn thing other than the defeated corpse of a superman/thor to know they are powerful. it's simple logic to realize that those individuals are greater in physical might.
if superman/thor punches a guy/gal square on the chin and he/she isn't reduced to mashed potatos, then he/she returns the favor putting thor/superman down for the count....it's okay to assume they have something going for them.

You are right to an extent. We all know that Thanos has super strength. But how much? Is it on the level of a Superman or on the level of a Namor or Colossus? And lifting things isn't the only source of proof. One can wrestle (be locked with) someone of great strength in which they prove superior or not much worst than. I can prove that someone with only 1000 tons of strength with great agility and fighting skill can do everything that Thanos has physically and offensively done.
It is my fair estimate that Thanos is around 1000 tons of strength and Orion is in the astronomical range.

You know what's strange about comics? When someone lifts something they lift heavy. But when they are paired with characters with low class 100 ton strength then they seem to be pretty much physically matched with them. Now Namor might have lifted some heavy stuff before (thousands of tons) but let him fight someone who can lift around 100-1000 tons and he will have a problem.
That is why I don't consider fighting feats to have any bearing on someone's strength. Fighting feats only proves that one indeed have superstrength.
If one assumes that Namor is around 100 tons of strength then Thanos is stronger but if one assumes Namor is around the level of the heaviest stuff he's lifted then Thanos is significantly weaker (by feats).
Thanos wins. 8/10.
Orion makes him work for every one of them. Unlike the REDICULOUS hand to hand fights we've seen Thanos do well in, He's never fought anyone with Super Moving strength on thier feat and done well. Thanos is durable for sure. Expecially against ENERGY attacks. But for some reason when he gets punched or sliced, it does more damage.
