"Bounty hunter?" Farstrider asks. "No can do, Mr. Ragnor. I've got enough trouble with the law as it is. Don't tempt me to turn you over to get some of the weight off my back. I ain't that kind of person, but really..."

A Tusken Raider comes flying out of the hatch in the side of the dune, then rolls a ways down the side of the dune before staggering to his feet. It is followed by the man from the shootout, who raises his enormous assault rifle and sends a smattering of purple energy bursts into the Tusken.

"What's the bug think?" Farstrider asks, looking back towards Eerin.

"I can understand that Farstrider. It's your ship it's your call,' Kyle answers as he watches the second Tusken come falling out of the dune. Then he sees the guy to bested him in that gunfight. I owe HIM one.

"What's the bug think?" Farstrider asks, looking back towards Eerin.

"Good question. Eerin, do you think we should check it out ourselves, or just keep heading into town? either way, Rylis knows where we're going now, most likely."

"[I'm not too keen on confronting them]," Eerin says. "[I'd rather be able to be sure that we can get off of Tatooine if things get hairy.]"

"Alrighy, they appear to be stuck here too. Just let's not forget they're here. Mr. Farstrider, let's leave them to play with the Tuskens."

"Gladly."

With that, the landspeeder zips off and away from the hunter-infested dune.

The rest of the sojourn to Mos Eisley is uneventful, and you manage to catch some badly needed shut-eye in the time it takes to get there. You won't have much time to catch any. That shipment won't ship itself, especially if it's stuck in the Dune Sea with your ship!

Mos Eisley is a wretched hive of scum of villainy, a collection of crashed ships and sand-colored huts all clustered together to create one of the most unlawful cities in the Galaxy. Even the crime rate of all of Nar Shaddaa pales in comparison. Shady deals are the norm and if you weren't already a speedy gunslinger, you'd have to watch yourself a little closer than Eerin already is.

Eol Farstrider says that he has some business in town and will be about if you need a lift. But only for a few days.

"Thank you very much, Farstrider." Kyle extends his hand, "It's rare to find someone like you around these parts. Hopefully we can get our business done in time to take you up on that ride back. Take care."

After the pleasantries, Kyle turns to Eerin. "Well, we better get started. That drive won't find itself."

"[Where should we start]?" Eerin asks.

"Oh, where to start? That's easy, the Cantina."

Cantina it is! You don't come to Mos Eisley often, Kyle, but it is no secret that the best Cantina this side of the Dune Sea is at Chalmun's, the Wookiee-owned Cantina with good drinks, live music, and a zoo-like assortment of beings from all across the galaxy.

You duck out of the harsh Tatooine suns and into the cool and noisy Cantina. Eerin has trouble getting through the door, being a large insectoid creature.

Lots of people in here, drinking and chattering. Going to join them?

"Eerin ,Kyle says to his partner in a low voice as he scans for a spot at the bar. "We've been in some bad places. But there is no place in the galaxy worse. Be ready for anything." He sees an open spot ans leads to the bar. "You want anything?"

"[Golbah's Pit Brew]," Eerin says, referring to a preferential and hardy drink from his homeworld. "[If not, get me a Burning Podracer. Just as fierce.]"

Eerin sweeps the cantina with his eyes, prepared for anything that might happen.

"[We gonna ask around for advice on hyperdrive purchasing?]"

"Yeah, once we spend a few credits, hopefully we can get a referral from the bartender." Kyle takes a place at the bar adn signals the barkeep. When he gets the chance, he orders a Lum and whichever drink he can manage for Eerin.

The bartender frowns at you when you get his attention and order the drinks... actually, you think he was already frowning. His face knows no other expression, apparently. But he slams the drinks down in front of you. Geonosis being a click away, they are well-stocked on Golbah's Pit Brew, and they've always got Lum.

The bartender kind of glares at you, then turns away to look down on another customer. He... probably won't be very useful for anything but lowering your self-esteem...

Kyle casts a sideways glance at Eerin and says, "Ok, so we won't ask him, plan B then. Keep your eye out for, ah, businessmen I guess." Kyle turns around, props his elbows on the bar and scans the crowd as he drinks. He 's careful not to actually stare at anybeing, not wanting to start trouble. But in a place like this, someone with something to sell shouldn't be hard to pick out. Hopefully.

It might take some asking around to find someone selling. Something Eerin is hardly good at, so you'll have to do it, Kyle.

Kyle finally gets an idea. He looks around for the closest being to him, who has the least angry expression and approaches.
Speaking loudly enough for many to hear, "Hey, you don't have a spare hyperdrive on you, do you?"

"What, are you joking?" the patron asks. "Like hell I do. Why, do you need one?"

"Do I look like I'm joking? Why else would I ask? You know anyone who does? If not, go back to your drink."

"I suppose I might know a place. But I'm gonna need another drink to remind me where it is, yeah? Otherwise we got business for the interruption, methinks."

Quite a few barflies looking your direction. This patron of yours might have some friends with him...

Eerin stands from his spot at the bar and hovers behind Kyle. He pointedly glares at the friends of the patron, letting them know that if they have a problem with Captain Ragnor, they have a problem with him...
