WWH punched a blitzing sentry so yes he does have that reaction time.

I don't consider staying untouchable a valid tactic. If they fight, like Slug it out, WWH KO's him. That's all I'm saying, and where I stand.

he did counter a blitzing sentry and showed the reaction time to hit someone who can move faster then MM. that's what matters.

also when has MM shown a speed feat that was greater then sentry also WWH feat shows that he can punch a person coming at him with superspeed before the guy punched him.

didn't work for prof. x wouldn't work for MM he can't do it to people with out psyc resistance (black adam) he isn't doing it to the hulk
