Monarch was fighting akin to when he was fighting all of the heroes across the multiverse. Calm, cool, and collected. And I highly doubt he was exerting himself when he fought them.

from monarch's whole demenor during the fight and the power he displayed prime stacked up to be a minor nusance to him. He honestly expected to destroy him with that fist blast but under estimated prime, and prime ripping his armor apart would likely only annoy him seeing as how that shouldnt kill him

Anyway, as tough as Prime is, Monarch (to me anyway) is quite a bit higher.
Both would beat Darkseid though... badly... 😖hifty:

SMP and Monarch were pretty even the whole fight, but SMP was losing his power he got from the Guardian...I don't know what fight some you guys were looking at.

Prime took on a Guardians death blast and it powered him up. Who is to say this blast didnt power him up further? I mean all we can do is speculate for the time being.

The reason I say Prime is more powerful is because he took what the Monarch dished out and ended the fight when he wanted to. That failed attempt on Prime's life just really really hurt him. He paid for it.

I would think by now you would be a believer. I mean Prime showed up to earth and owned multiple heroes at once. He crushed over 30 gl;s with ease and had to be depowered to be defeated. Then he came back to earth took on multiple heroes while not fully recovered yet. Then he beat the shit out of Ion. Then he bfr'd a weakened Am. Then a Guardian gave his own life just to end Prime when in the end it actually made him more powerful.

I would say he has done a little bit more than Monarch so far wouldnt you?
