Surfer analyzes Kal and blasts him with radiation bursts that weaken him. It's my own opinion that Thor > BA, but even if he isn't, the first sentence is the clincher.

While one owns Clark the other fights Teth until its two against one. From there is downhill for the DC team.

Surfer absorb energy out of Sups, and then go blast the shit out Black Adam who run for his life.

Superman throws "S" shield as BA, then punches thor & surfer to death.

Thor beats BA physically to death while the Surfer has Superman kneeling in a corner pleading for his life.

The fact that blitz had to be taken out to make it a more fair fight pretty much sums up team 1's superiority.

Supes beats Thor (again) and BA beats Surfer.

Allow the speedblitzing and team 2 still takes it.

I'm almost inclined to say that Surfer solo's this, but then i'd miss out on all the fun of Thor beating the hell out of Black Adam.
