Realistically, Diana should win because of her comparable stats and over the top gear. But in a comic she'd never take it straight up.
Superman takes a majority.
Superman is easily stronger, more durable, and is faster as well. All she has on him is combat speed. She is more skilled etc. and has her tools, but they are not something that would allow her to win, they are what allow how to survive against Superman in my opinion. Her Lasso is her only hope. If she can get that around him she wins, but even then, I believe we've seen that she cannot tag intangible people (Like John Johns.), so that's one of Superman's chances of getting out. As well, she isn't getting a clear headed Superman in her lasso any time soon. He isn't stupid.
He would crush her in my opinion although she puts up a great fight.

Yes he is. The Spectre thing is an unquantifiable feat. It was stated to hold an eternal conscious. And they both needed Kyle Rayner's help as well. That doesn't prove anything at all. 😐
We've also seen Superman go above and beyond Wonder Woman. Imperiex Probes for example.
Skyfathers? When has she tanked attacked from Skyfather level beings. When has she tanked attacks from Abstract level beings? Herald level can mean characters from many levels.
