well, it's on-panel that it is immeasurable and infinite, so...

I'd need to see the scans, to say any more. as far as I've seen Hulk has overloaded such devices.

as for the idea of preventing the gamma from reaching his cells... dunno, I thought there was evidence that it works at the sub-cellular level.

In the Titannus incident, Hulk was nowhere close to his WWH levels of power and strength, and Superman doesn't drain gamma radiation, so the point is moot.

It wasn't a point of Superman being able to accomplish it, it was about making the Hulk fans stumble over themselves to make up bullshit about what his limits are.

The term to use is "potential".
No version of Hulk has immeasurable power and strength. Yet.
They, supposedly, have access to that kind of power though.
That's all.
Hulkies don't understand this concept.
If Hulk had that kind of power, he wouldn't have had his neck broken, because his neck muscles and bones and tendons would not have been twisted in such a way.
He wouldn't have been slapped around by Juggernaut, or smashed to his knees by Sentry.
And, all the many, many times that all the Hulks have been beaten, killed, drained, etc., would have never happened.
Also, if Hulk did have that kind of power, none of you would read the books anymore, because what frickin' fun would that be?
