The 2nd time around, DS had just been blasted by highfather's staff, had to wrest control of his omegas back. So Batman basicially needs DS weakened from a previous encounter or two before he can do any thing.

That was the omegas that he just gotten back. NOTHING to do with his durability which had just been tested by highfather's staff. Niether made him bleed on thier own. If he had not been blasted by highfather's staff and had to reabsorb the omega force, then yeah, you'd have a point. as of now, you just look plain silly to me.
