What do you mean when you say she can tank all out attacks? At one point in space Superman hits her so hard he knocks her unconscious and it is only the heat from re-entry that wakes her up. At another point he seems to break her wrist merely by squeezing it with one hand.
She survives due to bad writing and birds. Yeah..she summons some birds at one point. I'm not sure if she has done that before or if she just busted it out for that special occasion.

Superman always holds back. Even when he doesn't seem like it. It is due to his mental blocks (subconsciously doesn't want to take life).
For example, he was holding back nearly the whole time in his first fight with DD. It wasn't till the very end where Lois talked him in to not holding back. After I read that, I was blown away at the fact that Superman was actually fighting DD not holding back (his crazy as$). Because it certainly didn't seem like it to me.

You don't attribute a characters feats to another character, that's faulty logic.
Unless of course there is reason to.
If Character A lifted a planet and then in a later instance same circumstances of course Grappled with Character B with B overpowering A.Then it's safe to say B is stronger then A.
If Character A has a consistent history of Stalemating with Character B in strength but then goes on to do something massive I wouldn't say their still equal.

You don't know shit about Superman. Just because you don't accept his dynamic strength doesn't mean it doesn't exist.
Also, he killed Doomsday in not a lot of blows when he stopped holding back, despite Doomsday was getting stronger.

No, he wouldn't. A single probe shitstomped Zod, Ignition and Bizarro together. Tore apart Warrior Guy Gardner to molecular level. Destroyed Almerac, destroyed Kalanor etc.
The probes were unstoppable to pretty much everyone save Doomsday or Superman. Thor isn't that powerful.

Wasn't bad writing. Diana is just that powerful. Also, she was holding back.
