The whole point of JLA 1 million was that Solaris was going to kill a Superman who had been sitting in the sun for thousands of years...with Kryptonite.

Adam can be problematic. His WWIII feats have a bit of an asterisk beside them because he may or may not have been enhanced by the power of Isis. In addition, there's contradictory dialogue or narration during WWIII suggesting that he wasn't even the strongest or most powerful hero on the field (possible am notwithstanding).
Furthermore, Simone's comic with Adam and Superman should pretty much be written off. Gail admitted later that she had made a mistake in her understanding of Black Adam, and thought he was a powered-up version of Shazam, rather than Shazam's exact equal. And it should also be noted, given the conditions in the OP, that Simone never seemed to be one of the writers who portrayed a a Superman with a highly dynamic power level.
Taking everything into account, Superman should have a small edge normally, and up to a large edge if he's going all out under a writer who credits him with more dynamic power than Simone.
