Do the Guardians hand out the most potent rings to the fat GL's, so that they can make something close to size?
What? A fat GL wouldn't be that much bigger then a skinny GL, especially compared to a planet.
Does gaining weight make you gain willpower?
Are you comparing an extra 50 pounds to a extra 50 sextillion tons?
Batman couldn't do jack shit with the ring. He wasn't qualified to use it. He wasn't able to make something his size.
Batman is a Green Lantern?
Thusly, it's all in how qualified you are... and you haven't even addressed if Mogo is as qualified as Hal or Kyle.
Hal and Kyle are responsible for using their power to assign rings? Or did Mogo get this job because of his lack of feats and power?
Willpower + Creativity + Intelligence + Experience with the ring + Overall ringwielding ability = argument.
Yeah and common sense, is (not so) strangely absent from this equation.
Supposition, lack of argument and hot air > common sense and feats.
Common sense says a Green Lantern that's a planet > Green Lantern that's a human. I don't even know how you can argue this with a straight face.
