I'd have to say Sion and Nihilus. And I'd tell you how they'd do it too.

!) They storm the office.
2) Nihilus comouflages himself into the wall, and begins to drain Sidious.
3) Sion proves to be a distraction, as eveytime Sidious kills him, he just puts himself back together again.
4) Eventually Sidious will become so weak from fighting Sion, and Nihilus sucking the force from him that he surrenders.
5) Nihilus eats Sidious

3)Coruscant hasn't been shown to be a place of darkside strength, so Sion cannot just keep himself together indefinitely.

Neither Sion nor Nihilus have shown much dueling ability. Palpatine has, as shown by his fights in RotS. He wins.

and this leads me to another question for you:

would force sever be palps first instinct as opposed to lighening?

Force sever would royally screw Sion, if he loses his force connection then he dies because he wouldn't be able to hold himself together and I doubt that he could be "immortal" on Coruscant plus even if he were, then I don't see what is stopping Sidious from taking out Sion's limbs and more specifically his head.

So if Sion was just completely tooled with a lightsaber and his... flesh and everything, was just burnt up (not the same effect as a fire), would he be able to survive and regenerate his organs and skin, or would he die? Something I've always wondered.

I've often wondered that myself. I just don't think Sion could piece himself together if all of his flesh were to be incinerated by a lightsaber.

He would rise from the ashes (literally).

There are lots of things that don't make sense in starwars ( palps Force Storm, lightsabers, lukes hair) ans Sion is just one of them. Personally I think that his body is mutated so that instead of burning/incinerating, he just gets cut and charred. Plus he's Uthar Wynn, making him automatically homosexual. 😖hifty:
