He held the entire party cast in the air while torturing them in FF7, he dropped the top of an entire building during AC, theres proof he can hold physical things as well.

Yup, 1 miniute.... even assuming he COULD, which he cant, his track history has proved he would take more then a minute to kill a nemesis.
If this battle was real, Kuja would not be some minor civilian who doesn't have a main role in the story.
