I mean he has like 100 plus showings of not be KO by bullets or put down.
I have to view the event, but I not sure his healing factor ever been this low other then random low showing here or there, this may be another one of them.

No, my issue here is that you're under the impression that Punisher putting Wolverine down with a single nutshot takes precedence over his entire damage soaking career that counteracts against it as evidence.
Here we have Wolverine downed by a nutshot, but he's been doing things that absolutely TRUMP that in terms of damage for years disregarding it... You can't legitimately explain it either.... There's a possibility that it's a sore spot on Logan.. perhaps.... but more than likely it's not... It's simply outweighed by counter evidence.
as for the pics you posted, i couldn't read them right now cuz of my stupid computer. i'll check them out once i get home.

Was his healing factor increased during his whole immortality stint, if that's the case shouldn't it have been amped since WW2 ( I believe that was when he beat the angel of death), and if that's the case and now that that is over his healing factor would be lower than it has been in 60 years.

I've watched a single person knock Wolverine out with a single handgun bullet multiple times in the past.
Being knocked out by five magazines of rifle rounds is most definitely not one of Wolverine's lowest showings.
Further; his healing factor was very recently and very considerably retarded. Perhaps we are now seeing the result of this act.

however, we have seen him recently take bomb up close, as well as beeing eaten and walked away quite fine.
but still this could be his current level of healing factor, I am a little surpized sinces it said years and not decades when they stated his healing factor was down graded.
I hope they start showing some crazy bullet dodging feats and skill feats.

naw thats not really how it works I don't think.
sado first your wrong and second he has not reason to respond since it irelevent due to the recent issue of wolverine.
just like you were wrong that a bat to the balls is more damaging then a flame thrower or a single punch from hulk.
