What does that mean? Are you too good to back up your claims?

Don't be arrogant. You have a made an extraordinary claim; please provide extraordinary proof.

Please read the bible, I said what I had to say, and left it at that. If you don't believe what said try delving into the bible, it's all there. Did I say what i said out of arrogance? No I was just addressing the thread starters original question.

Did you know that this is an open forum? If you didn't want to discuss what you have to say, or you do not want to be challenged, then you could have PM'd Robtard.

So, if I am to surmise, from what you have said, then the bible is you extraordinary proof. Please provide proof that the bible is correct as far as its assertion that god is perfect.

CaptainStoic, because you have not replied, I assume you have no proof, and what you really should have said was: "In my opinion, god is perfect". Or, "According to the bible,...

* hope this clears it up...

Look up the definition of wine, wine is fermented grapes.

We already have a word for the unfermented juice of grapes; it's called Grape Juice.

Deal with it, Jesus drank wine, as drinking isn't a sin. You can choose not to drink, but don't impose you're own bias under the guise of "it's in the Bible!".

God is perfect, if the person is truly unaware, and they did live a perfect life they will be judged for all of the good that they did, vs all of the bad that they've done. Keep this in mind though it isn't nearly as simple as this, because according to the bible it is Lucifer who will add a measure to your sins if you are not baptised in the name of Jesus.

Here's a few questions for you.... How many times does a person have to lie in order to be called a liar? How many people does a person need to kill to be considered a murderer? How many things does a person need to steal to be considered a thief? I always came up with once as an answer. Here's another question.... How many sins do you think that it would take to go to hell?

The Bible says to beware, and not to die in your sin. There will be two judgments; the judgment of all of those who were baptised in the name of Jesus, and the judgment of all of those who did not get baptised in Jesus' name (The White Hall Judgment). Like I said earlier those who are not a Child of Christ will be judged for all of the good that they had done vs all of the bad... we all know that there isn't one perfect person, and all have fallen short of the grace of God (meaning we have all sinned).

This is where it gets interesting, according to the bible Lucifer (Satan the Devil) sinned only 5 times, and can never find forgiveness for his sins... God also blessed Lucifer above everyother creation that he made, so here's the question, if God won't forgive a Celestial being made far greater than man, how will we survive the coming judgment when it will be Satan himself that presses God on the wrongs that man has committed? People keep missing the big picture, yes it is God who decides who makes it, but it is Lucifer who will prosecutes. God is lawful straight down the line, and so this is why Jesus said for his children to be blameless.

This is why it does not matter if you did not know about Jesus who basically forgives all of our sins. Anyone attempting to get to the father without Jesus will not make it. The question here is even when people know this, why do they continue not to be baptised?

According to the Bible, it does matter, as Jesus said 'the only way into heaven is through Jesus'.

Ok According to the bible God is perfect. Of all I wrote is this the only thing that you read? What is your point? God is almighty therefore might makes right, and absolute might makes you right absolutely, God doesn't need any one person, nor does he need our love, he only requires obedience on the part of man. If what I said was about Gods perfection bothered you you should take it up with God. The bible said that it is useless to kick up against the pricks.

Exactly, your going to believe in whatsoever you want to believe in, I'm not the type to run door to door selling Gods plan to people, either it is revealed to you, or it isn't. The poor island boy that grew up in his tribe claiming to never have heard of Jesus' good news was likely so indoctrinated into his whole thing, and how he was raised that he would not listen to anything outside of what was taught to dictate his thoughts.

Or the poor US boy that grew up in his home town claiming to never have heard of Islam was likely so indoctrinated into his whole thing, and how he was raised that he would not listen to anything outside of what was taught to dictate his thoughts.

You can replace US with any country and Islam with any religion, and you will get the same point.

Isn't it ironic?

That's a sidestep, you're assuming he wouldn't listen to the "truth", even if God threw a bible at his backwards ass, but shouldn't he have the change, i.e. "Free Will" to do so or not?

Man that is a scary logic, you must be into dictatorships. Might makes right 😱

There is only one truth, life is a gamble the thought of organised religion or spiritualtiy itself could be a grand delusion. I put all of my chips on Jesus the Christ.

If people wish to climb the Islam ladder of life or be a Wiccan, Satanist... etc...etc.. well that is what they will believe in. There is only one truth.

I for one used to believe that good and evil were a figment of mans imagination, and the possibility of there being a God was absurd, but I changed my mind.

Am I telling you or anyone else to change? Nope. Just remember one thing to love God (Christ) is to obey his word "according to the bible" because the condition of the human heart was defined as being desperately wicked. So yes a man that has the moral fiber of Superman can go to hell, if he attempts to get to heaven under his own steam.

The bilbe says that no man may come to the Father, unless the father should call him. Its the Fathers house, if he made a rule that no man may enter his house unless they remove their shoes those are the rules. The Father says that no man/woman will be saved unless they repent, and be baptised in the name of Jesus Christ. If people can not abide by these simple rules, then they simply will not be permitted to enter into the Fathers house... hence kicking up against the pricks.

God hates Satan and sin, before Adam and Eve fell they had only one nature... Gods nature, but after the fall, they took on a second nature a charnal nature. We also have two natures as well, hence why we are no longer immortal "according to the bible".

It's not my words, but what I read in the bible. Your will is your own, I am not a power tripping type of person, but either you are the servant or the host, you can't have it both ways bro. If hell exists I for one don't want to go there. Instead of questioning my ethics, why not instead look deeper into your own? Are you too proud to be a servant? "According to the bible" Pride comes before a great fall. I am sorry if my words offend you.

However, you and I (including everyone) do not know what this truth is. You my believe you know what it is, but that is just your belief.

The latter half of your statement is logically impossible since, from a biblical perspective, Yahweh's character is the standard by which perfection is defined [Leviticus 19:2; 2 Kings 19:22; 1 Chronicles 16:10-11; Isaiah 60:9; Matthew 5:48; Romans 3:23].
