atlantian part of him would allow him to talk to fish and the human part of him would allow him to talk to human,martains..ect
so in short what im saying the human part of him increases the strength of his talapathic powers

I agree. Yes hes a hybrid, but hes also a mutant compared to other Atlanteans. Calling him a hybrid is simply a combination trait of both races. His animal communication, electricity absorption and wings/flight are the mutant part i belive.
So yes, i gues you were both right.

Seriously, I don't think Storm is the most powerful mutant ever, but their are still ways that she can beat him. He is hell of powerful, but from the stuff I have seen of Storm, I just can't say as of now.

Umm, youi guys know how much energy a lightning strike contains? Maybe Namor is able to take one or two, but Strom would be able to create many of them, very rapidly. Too much energy could knock Namor out before he could release it all.
