But once again, that's the tourney you can do almost anything in apart from OHK. And as for Aquarian- the ability to nullify kinetic energy is a major case for grrs, other than that- there were a few plans. And if not for that, a few clever things are enough to deal with power nullifier.

I'm not stroking WS, just saying what I think. And Hadrian didn't fight anyone in Coup D'Etat, so that's not really a valid citation.
But yeah, teleporting kills would be banned due to the BFR-kills rules. And I think even without that, the presence of Angie's dupes would mean she could give Hadrian a run for his money.
Hmm...I didn't say you're stroking anything. And dupes can still be dimensional BFRed- though...there are a few tricks up the shelve. I'll probably remove my vote as no porting to the core of the sun or porting heads and limbs off leaves him a decent opponent.
As for Aquarian...if not for kinetic energy drain, he'd be a normal pick. But otherwise he's a cheap loophole.

I'll voice my opinion against Death Metal, whose Low Herald place in the tiers thread is basically a joke. Even a top-shelf metal manipulator couldn't do anything against him. His durability is mystical, and he has healed from a tiny puddle before in just a couple panels. No one in this tourney could transmute him, knock him out, vaporize him, BFR him (he can dimension hop), etc. He's above whatever durability cap Diana sets by a fair margin. Imo, at least.
Though I don't see what the big deal is with Rachel. Everyone has lots of good showings, but the unlock-the-pheonix thing that id is trying over in Evangel's thing isn't going to work with her, so it's not like she'll go ridiculously uber on you guys.

The problem is Digi, is that Leo drafted her with the Phoenix Force. He didn't just draft Rachel... he drafted the Phoenix.

Also, she's overloaded Beyonder (through visions, I'll admit), and one shotted Captain Britain...
She also placed a lighthouse in every universe across the multiverse.

She's also upped Gladiator in her last appearance... and I'm sure people will put Glads as stronger and more durable than Wondy...
