I'll voice my opinion against Death Metal, whose Low Herald place in the tiers thread is basically a joke. Even a top-shelf metal manipulator couldn't do anything against him. His durability is mystical, and he has healed from a tiny puddle before in just a couple panels. No one in this tourney could transmute him, knock him out, vaporize him, BFR him (he can dimension hop), etc. He's above whatever durability cap Diana sets by a fair margin. Imo, at least.Though I don't see what the big deal is with Rachel. Everyone has lots of good showings, but the unlock-the-pheonix thing that id is trying over in Evangel's thing isn't going to work with her, so it's not like she'll go ridiculously uber on you guys.

Yet he has a clearly-defined weakness. DM does not, and has yet to be severely harmed by, well, anything. Even the puddle incident that he healed from was only because he wished death upon himself and allowed himself to get that far before changing his mind and healing instantaneously.

problem is it was SPECIFICALLY stated no flashes aside from jay. to change now would cause loads of hassles as there is no doubt people would have chosen from many of the available real and alternate flashes. 😬
