seriously, if bart is allowed, i'll be very very annoyed. not at pr, but at the allowance of the character. if the rule was no flashes, AND the rule was sub-light speed, and i drafted my guys accordingly, to NOW say a version of a flash (please don't play semantics with the name) who CAN break lightspeed IS allowed would be . . . not cool. 😬
there are a VARIETY of different flashes who are not 'technically' flash, (alternate flashes, future flashes, legion versions of the flash . . .) yet i think the INTENT was quite clear. bats's argument is all well and good except for one thing -- there was a SPECIFIC NO FLASH RULE put in place AND the rule was reiterated just a couple days ago by red in the other thread.
otoh, if he can have bart, can i switch out to draft wally? seriously. by bat's reasoning so long as he stays below lightspeed it shouldn't matter, right?

i still don't know if it's legal for pr to switch agine BACK to bart. pr, if you want to adjust the list and add him yourself, you can do so, but i'd love to hear an official okay from red on that one. 😬
take a close look at the list everyone. if i've missed some votes let me know and i'll adjust accordingly. the BIGGEST issue in my book is the weapons being allowed. initially there WAS a limit declared. the weapons were supposed to be 'wonderwoman level'. difficlut to gauge (i said as such when the rule was brought up) but things were supposed to be taken on a case-by-case basis.
the gems, the n-bands, and the q-bands are rather CLEARLY BEYOND that pre-conceived limit. 😬

My above post though is basically me trying to tell what my general ruling will be on the matter. If someone has used a particular item as standard equipment and still remains at WW level then I'll generally allow it in.
Only in the most extreme cases may I ban a weapon or tech, like motherboxes and such. Cause WW level is a hard to define somewhat so I will allow some wiggle room.
wonder woman level of tech/weapons. gems, and bands exceed a 'little wiggle room' imo. 😬
