yep. the gems i think are being discussed by a couple of the 'higher ups'. the nega bands lack the feats of the q-bands, but i expressed some concern over those in a pm. where do you get the world mind? as a result of an amalgamation? if that's the case then it's fine because there are no limits on amalgams.

hmm, you could be right about that. and i'm actually not very familiar with genis. 😮 if he has some feats that show the n-bands as being near or equal to the q-bands then maybe they should be looked at more closely as well. 😬

Not quite. Goober justified that she was inexperienced, I reasoned that she can just slides through the crack.

I'm thinking the Infinity Gems and the Quantum Bands should all be off the table.

Mary Marvel rather than Billy should be OK if we're assuming her to be at the 1/2 Captain Marvel level she's been at for most of her career.

Using the GL ring thing, Phyla, Firestorms, Gems, Mar-Vell, perhaps Darkness, Nova, and Rachel Summers (in her latest appearance she basically beat Gladiator...) should be banned, so I don't know how that works... although it wouldn't be too bad either... 😖hifty:

Also, Super Nova really did nothing except take some shots and f*ck with Quaser/Firelord anyway (and after re-reading that series many times, Thor didn't even really do anything against him)... so I don't know why Darth is so concerned about him... let alone a different character entirely.
