Anyway back to the 2 guys having no weapons or gadgets. I believe that the SSS artificially enhances Cap's abilities in every way. To the level of enhancements seems to go beyond peak human almost. I mean Ideal human like bats can do amazing things. With the SSS it makes cap a head higher then what bats can do. As for skill since physical attributes don't always determine the win I would say one on one in like a city like arena bats would win. Bat is better at stealth and hunting/investigating there whereabouts of a opponent. If the arena was like a cage match the cap would win hands down because there won't be any tricks batman can pull to get a edge. Please don't take the term "tricks" in a bad way it just i can't think of a better word. Anyway MA skills seems to be debatable in the forum. Lets say they are the maybe same skill, possible batman being higher due to uncertain evidence of mastering 127 styles (sounds impressive but if cap knows maybe as much or close to it for arguement's sake) This is when cap's abilities come in. He is stronger to withstand blows and dish them out. His is faster to strike and to dodge, his agility and his endurance is infinite (might be a stretch but i think he can go a long freaking time).

"Superia"
In addition to being a polymath scientific genius, Superia demonstrated superhuman strength and the ability to project concussive blasts in her first fight with Captain America. "Baron von Strucker"
Baron Strucker is a highly intelligent man in peak human physical condition. He is an exceptional hand-to-hand combatant, swordsman, and marksman. He is also a consummate military strategist and spy, and a master of disguise and excellent actor. He carries a sword and traditional firearms, but also wears the Satan Claw on his right hand: this metal gauntlet amplifies its strength and emits powerful electrical shocks. Strucker also uses serums developed by HYDRA, enabling him to maintain his physical vigor at its height and retard his aging process, so that physically he remains the same, despite his advanced chronological age.
Exposure to his Death Spore has bonded Strucker's DNA with the Death Spore, enabling him to be revived after seemingly being killed by gunshot wounds and radiation poisoning. Stucker can now release the Death Spore virus from his body at will, killing his victims nearly instantly. If Strucker is killed, the Death Spore viruses will allegedly be set free from his body.
"Sin"
As Mother Superior, Sin possessed a range of superhuman powers including telepathy, telekinesis, teleportation and intangibility. After she was deaged, she apparently lost these powers completely - unlike the other "Sisters of Sin", whose powers were diminished but not eliminated upon deaging. The reason for this discrepancy is unclear.
She is an expert in firearms and explosives.
"Red Skull"
The Red Skull had no superhuman abilities. He was a highly gifted strategist and political mastermind. When The Red Skull acquired the super-soldier serum enhanced cloned body of Steve Rogers he was endowed with a body that was in perfect physical condition, with strength, speed, agility, dexterity, reflexes, coordination, balance, and physical endurance that exceeded that of any Olympic athlete who ever performed. Despite the scar tissue covering his face and head, his senses were still above-average. He was trained in the use of most conventional firearms and was a good hand-to-hand combatant. The Red Skull is commonly portrayed as one of the Marvel Universe's most genuinely frightening major villains.
He typically armed himself with a trick cigarette that could fire fatal poison gas — his trademark "Dust of Death" — toward his victim that distorts the victim's face into a "red skull".
"MODOK"
MODOK and all other variations thereof have superhuman mental acumen. As a result of the mutagenic process he has undergone he is (in theory) capable of knowledge and comprehension beyond the human ability to understand. He is potentially capable of mastering every worldly subject and capable of adopting concepts completely foreign to his environment. His ability to predict probable outcomes of tactical and strategic scenarios is so advanced that it borders on clairvoyance.
In addition to extraordinary intelligence, MODOK has great psionic powers that enable him to mentally control large groups of people (provided they are weak minded), and with the assistance of his armor/flying platform he can use his psionic powers to fire a mind-beam. He is able to operate machinery such as his flying platform/armor with his thoughts alone. He is equipped with a synthetic crystal, which has been called a "Ram-thinker" which focuses his psionic waves in any number of ways.
MODOK has also designed a large number of sophisticated weapons, vehicles, computers, androids, and telescoping limbs for his armor. He even has a giant android body that is proportionally sized for his head. His armor/flying platform is designed based on magnetism. MODAM, for her part, used a hoverchair similar to her predecessor's, but capable of switching to a 'combat mode' which sported an arsenal of advanced weapons as well as massive, clawed arms.
He has developed machinery that allows him to turn himself into data and "e-mail" himself to anywhere on Earth.
Despite MODOK's great powers, his effectiveness is greatly hampered by emotional instability and immaturity, sometimes to the point of making rash and dangerous decisions that belie his great intellect. He has shown to be sensitive about his freakish appearance on occasion, too.
"Armadillo"
Due to a genetic altering procedure performed on him by the villainous Dr. Karl Malus, the Armadillo has superhuman strength, stamina, and durability. Originally it was thought that his costume, a scaly nine-foot-tall orange armored hide with claws useful for digging through earth, was bonded to his skin by this process. It was later revealed that it was not a costume, but part of his body that had been mutagenically altered with the genetic material of an actual armadillo. His armor is bulletproof and his claws can tear through all but the densest of substances.
The Armadillo is an excellent hand-to-hand combatant as he was a skilled street fighter prior to his superhuman transformation.
BATMAN
"Killer Croc"
Killer Croc is afflicted with what seems to be some form of regressive atavism, meaning he has inherited some of the traits of ancestral species of the human race. His skin has hardened to the point where it is invulnerable to most forms of abrasion and even high caliber weapons fired from a distance. He possesses super strength, able to rip a large bank vault door right off its hinges with ease. He has superhuman regenerative powers, able to heal even lost limbs.
Over time the primal reptilian part of his brain gains more control of his psyche. He possesses superhuman reflexes and speed. Croc also possesses the superior senses and underwater capabilities of his namesake.
"Bane"
Bane possesses Olympic-level strength that appears to be greater than Batman's. During the Knightfall storyline, when he uses the "Venom" drug, his strength level is artificially increased to superhuman levels. Even without Venom, his physiology appears superior to other normal human characters with strength such as Batman.
Bane is also highly intelligent; in "Bane of the Demon", Ra's al Ghul says that Bane "has a mind equal to the greatest he has known". In prison he teaches himself various scientific disciplines equal to the level of understanding of leading experts in those fields. He teaches himself six active languages and at least two additional arcane and dead ones,those mentioned are Spanish,English,Urdu,Farsi and Latin. The "Bane of the Demon" storyline reveals that he has a photographic memory. Within one year he is able to deduce Batman's secret identity. He is also highly devious (he crafts the escape from Arkham Asylum of all of Batman's enemies), and a superb strategist and tactician. In prison, Bane also invents his own form of calisthenics, meditation, and a unique fighting style.
"Prometheus"
* Previously possessed the key to The Ghost Zone, allowing him teleportation abilities via another dimension as well as a hidden extra-dimensional base.
* Prometheus carries a high-tech tonfa (known as 'The Nightstick'😉 that allows him to deliver superhuman blows despite its light weight, as well as various other gadgets.
* His greatest accomplishment is the invention of a helmet which allows him to download the knowledge of others, stored on a compact disc, directly into his brain (this information is not, however, retained indefinitely, and Prometheus must change disks in the helmet to access different knowledge). This helmet also transmits certain reflexive abilities enabling him to access physical skills as well as knowledge. The helmet can also emit strobe lighting to disorient or hypnotise an opponent.
* Even without his helmet, Prometheus is a skilled hand-to-hand combatant and strategic genius.
* Prometheus wears body armor, the gauntlets of which can fire various projectiles including bullets, chemical and poison darts, and "neural chaff" that affects opponents concentration.
* Prometheus claims to have developed plans to defeat every DC superhero.
Batman has taken on Lady Shiva, Prometheus, Clayface, Bane, Killer Croc, Man-bat, vampires, and Superman (w/ kryptonite ring) and I could add more. Batman is the only human on a superhuman team what does that tell you. And lets not go comparing Cap's Avengers with the J.L.A , because Batman is more of a stand out in his team than Cap is to his team. Because of Batman's keen analytical mind, the J.L.A comes out the winer in a lot of battles. And it is this reason that Batman can defeat Cap, because Batman is a more Brilliant Fighter hands down.

More of a brilliant fighter. That I disagree with Captain America has a sharp mind like a steel trap. Heck his mind is enhanced. When it comes to tactics and strategy in battle he outwits guys like Reed and Tony.
Cap stands out just as much as Batman. They both stand out on there team so that argument is moot.
Cap has better stats while Cap has less skills in the departments of esoteric ninja skills that Bruce has. Hes just as good if not better in the hand to hand chess match, Cap is known for having the best adaptability on the fly.
