If this is standard Batman vs standard Daredevil, Batman wins 7/10
If NO equipment for Batman but "Supersenses" for Daredevil, it is inherently unfair to start. DD 7/10.
However If This is NO equipment vs NO Super senses, then I give it to Batman 7.5/10.
DD is extremely agile, however I put him at around Nightwing's level in this category (w/ a slight edge).
However Batman trumps him in every other category, He has literally trained himself to the peak of human perfection Physically and Mentally (and specializes in exploiting others weaknesses).
Batman was created as one of those characters that will win unless you have specific advantages over him (and even then given Prep he has the potential to negate those advantages outright). Because he is so BALANCED in his initial design.
It is similar to a Decathlon, while you may win a specific event, OVERALL they will win the Competition.
Similar examples include characters such as Superman (less the Prep) & Thanos.

Daredevils skills in fighting wins i think, becuase on marvel.com his fighting skills are to the max, and also Daredevil is an extremely trained acrobatic, better than Batman at acrobatics and speed. Also he will be able to hear him coming because of his boosted senses. Plus location advantage for DD. Batman is very good dont get me wrong but in my opinion DD would take this match. Also the pic spidey-dude pic makes it a little obvious.
