the thin gis neo can counter with his own form of precog as well as his own vast array of powers...I actually wouldnt be opposed to a tie seeing as this fight is really a one shot who ever lands the first blow wins
and no neo wouldnt need luke to stand still, neo can charge him a many times the speed of sound

Much as I support Rogue Jedi's efforts to show the Matrix fans why NJO Luke>All, in the interest of fairness the thread does say this is Neo with his Matrix powers. Though, if Luke is not part of the Matrix code (written in the beginning of the thread as "Luke cannot harness anything in the Matrix", which implies that he is not part of the Matrix), Neo will not be able to see him in the Matrix code.
And how do we know Neo's internal blow-up technique is not unique to Agents (or things that exist only in the Matrix)?
Note also that Neo's code-vision didn't allow him to see what the Agents were about to do, but rather what they were in the Matrix code. Note to DestinyGuy678: You said he can see possible futures. Well, anything is possible in the future in the Matrix, so that helps him none when he charges at Luke, Luke senses him, moves out of the way and slices him in four with a lightsaber.
Here's one more bullet for you to stop, Matrix fans:
How about Force flash, which causes static to scroll across electronic devices, disrupting their feed? If Luke uses that on Neo while Neo uses code-vision, he can provide false moves or render code-vision useless.
Also, I've finally watched the Matrix movies, so here's another part of my argument.
Neo did not fight 1000 Smiths. After the Oracle leaves, it's at most 100-200 Smiths that come charging at him.
The final Neo vs. Smith battle was not at the speed of light. It may have been the speed of sound, but not light.
Neo is not as much of a god as you think he is. He did all of his godly feats inside a computer program, in which none of it was real whatsoever. All of Luke's godly feats were performed in an entirely real environment, with no help from the fact that he was in a fake environment.
