About zero doesnt equal exactly zero,it was more along the lines of thor doesnt have that many non travel speed feats,and when I said that I was talking combat speed as in punching and shit not reflex speed which of course thor and superman have in an abundance,and im still wondering why travel speed doesnt count at all in a fight.

You do realize that if travel speed were to count towards combat speed, Superman would no longer have an advantage.

but why would Superman run into Thor's hammer?

the way I see it, Thor may swing his hammer very fast, but it doesn't help him if he can't see his target (which he won't if Superman blitzes him)

And Thor raised that rock to block a blast after it was fired and only a few feat away. These guys aren't starting at arms length, the default distance for a forum fight is something like .5 Kilometers isn't it? Unless Supes can cover that distance in less time than it would take Phoenix's blast to cover the few feat of distance between it and Thor it's very likely that Supes is going to catch a hammer in the mouth. And if Supes himself is traveling in excess of lightspeed and runs into Thor's magic hammer which is also moving in excess of lightspeed he's going to have major problems standing, let alone continuing the blitz.

Phoenix fired her blast standing straight in front of Thor

Superman speedblitz would be going circles around Thor, Thor wouldnt even know what direction to aim his hammer swings

a blitz is when guys like Flash or Superman runs circles around you so fast you think they're everywhere at once and you can't even know where they are

lasers cannot be comparied to a speedblitz
