Let's see, I'd replace Cap. Marvel with Zatanna. No offence to fans of Cap Marvel, it's just that he seems too similiar to Superman. Zatanna would be considerably different to many of the other characters and would add more variety.
And Flash with Black Canary (ideally with Maggie Sawyer, but I know how likely that would be). I know Flash is more well-known, but he seems a bit... limited to me. I mean, take away his speed and what have you got? I just think BC would fit better.
For Mortal Kombat, I'm not sure.

But he doesn't. Superman could do anything he wanted. If he wanted to he could rule the Earth and force everyone to worship him, but he doesn't. He has all this power and he uses it for purely unselfish reasons. That makes him an amazing character.
I was looking over the earlier posts and I could not believe that some of you were giving SmashBro such a hard time. They were quite right in asking why would anyone hate Superman to such an extent when there is no reason to.

Well, you have to remember that some of the people who dislike this game are just DC fanboys who hate to see their favorite characters getting beat up by MK characters.
Honestly, it shouldn't be that big of a deal. Regardless of the amount of ranting Youtube videos being made, the game will still be released to the public.

if this was any other game than mortal kombat, i'd agree with you, but one of the biggest things i'm looking forward to about this game is to see superman and marvel beat the ever loving crap out of each other. tis gonna be one of the highlights of the game for me...

flash is fine imo, sure his speed is his biggest power, but he can do various things with it... i do think canary is just as suited to this game as flash is, but i'd replace deathstroke or luthor with her, personally...
also: superman was raised by struggling farmers. batman was born with all his money. superman has a great job and a nice apartment, he doesnt need, nor want all that money.
and no, he was plenty of problems, his life isn't half as sweet as people make it out to be.
Well some people already got the game now so it's too late for that.
