When GL's fight all attacks are light speed.

He stoped time before loosing consciousness. Than after loosing it, he then was still able to use the ring to teleport heroes from all over the world and make an astral form of himself.

They are able to change the forms of energy released from trhe ring.

Gl can controll and re-direct all forms of energy, and also duplicate it.
