Only theirs to command by which it was given to them. Not naturally thiers.
That's very true, but I donno...Surfers powers just seem more natural to me. It's like the difference between sentinel and GL hal. Sentinels powers were given to him...but they are internalized. Hal is still just putting on a weapon and using it.

And uh the flash...I did not say he had the power cosmic natrually. i said Surfers powers seem MORE NATURAL [than hals] to me...because surfer's power cosmic is internalized...GL just wears a ring that grants him the power. a Ring that comes and and off as easily as panties.
