I don't think it should be based on this showing alone, but it certainly paints a picture, as it is one of TWO showings he's had post power up.
The rings need to recharge also and I feel the power cosmic wielded by the Surfer would simply be to much for Mr Jordan.

Right now, that showing constitutes like 1/4 of his showings, post-power up. So it deserves 1/4 weight, and therefore gets it.
Beating up a foe that didn't do anything impressive to anyone else, and basically killing himself by allowing an outside energy source to kill his foes, don't counterbalance that showing in my mind.

I could bring up low showings previously for the Surfer, but you would just wave them away as not counting because of this power up.
So I've brought up a showing that post power up Surfer had.

NO they don't. Kyle has absorbed the power of a cosmic cube before. And they didn't seem to be running out of energy in thier EPIC fight with the sinestro corps. That fight was lasting literally for hours and they were cranking out loads of energy. Fighting, the AM, SBP, the sinestro corps, ect.
That may be because Kyle has the only ring that doesn't need recharged. Otherwise there's a possibility a powering may run out of energy.
