Thanos vs Darkseid(the final time before final crisis)

Superman is still comparable to Orion,Black Adam,Henshaw,Hal Jordan,etc. He doesnt display any dominance over any of these characters yet you claim hes grown in power. He may have impressive feats but he is till relative to other dc top tiers when compared directly against them.

You are ignoring when darkseid in countdown 3 used Olsen to bail him out of a tussle with Superman. Smart use of his powers but it shows he cant beat him easily at all and he will use any advantage he has.

In apokolips now Superman actually made darkseid quit the battle. He was so utterly shamed. So what did he do when he got his source powers back. He turned tailed and ran from Superman dircetly following when he received his powers back. 😬

Again where is it that you get Superman is equal to Thanos in the physical department. You dont even reference anything that makes you feel this way just your biased views. What happened to Thanos that makes you feel this way? Back up what you say and dont just make biased statements with nothing backing it up. Thats why cpt space bomb wont even debate with you.

Just stating that Thanos has never met anyone like Superman is horrible debating. Draw a parallel for once or concede.

Yeah most of the respect threads I make are characters that deserve more credit then they get. Doesn't mean I'm a huge fan of theirs.

Hell even Alpha Flight arn't my favorite characters

I used to think this matchup was much closer but nowadays think Thanos would win easily due to all of Darkseid's latest low showings.

ummm...doomsday never lifted anything but nobody is doubting his strength. he like thanos is judged on the characters that fell before him.

Darkseid tries to use his omega beams to beat opponents all the time. So according to your theory he is quite weak. He needs strength feats. I want to see Darkseid strength feats or him beating someone senseless with his fists only as he usually relies on omega beams or blasts or shadow demons or his apokoliptian forces.

Darkseid has been beaten stupid by Supermans fists while he hasnt beaten Superman senseless in over 20 years.

DS on average is still a lil better than superman. thus DS and thanos in MY opinion strength wise are around the same lvl.

you say quan attacks low feats but you just attack the feats other posters bring forth about other characters than the two in this thread/
