Spider-Man's equilibrium and dexterity are on a superhuman level. Cap's is not and that's a fact. Spidey is faster, more flexible, and more agile than Cap. And all I hear is that Cap can dodge bullets too. I'm pretty sure that Cap can throw an object and hit his target with very high accuracy too. But that doesn't mean he is on Bullseye's level.

Cap managed to stay on his feet in the same situation where everyone fell except him and Spiderman... His equilibrium is just as good as Spiderman's. Spiderman just sticks to walls.

He's not faster.. prove otherwise.
The FACT is that for every feat outside of strength, webs and wall crawling steve has matched or surpassed.. there's nothing to prove Spiderman's faster.

btw...facts tells us Spiderman is the most agile character in all of comics, bar none. And Cap doesn't touch him in that department.
