Imo, although Beyonder has the greater feat:

Supreme Being vs Supreme Being = Stalemate.

Thanos/HOTI was the Supreme Being,
and Beyonder was the Supreme Being.

Both were all that is, both could do anything,
both were omnipotent, both were Gods,
both were above the LT,
both were supreme!

You can't argue beyonder's power levels pre retconned against the power of the LT AFTER retcon and take into consideration that the cosmic hiearchy did in fact switch and the LT's status and thus his power moved up. to do so is wishful thinking.
