Ok let me show you the Spectre scans where he became merged one by one.

Thanos has better feats and more references as being supreme.

Ok I was going to post Thanos scans proving he would win this fight easily but mr master beat me to it. Thanos stomps the Spectre who proved he couldnt handle being merged for more than a few moments and couldnt handle what it is to be supreme. He has no battle feats whatsoever and couldnt even fathom what it is to be god let alone fight anyone in this condition.

Thanos fixed a flaw that TOAA couldnt fix while Spectre saw the universe through gods eyes freaked out and couldnt handle it any longer. See the differences, its obvious Spectre could never wield such power and that he could only see this through a glimpse because he isnt cut out for this. The sheer logic of his purpose and the nature of god made him lose it and beg to see no more. He is just gods wrath.
