No. that would be an editorial inconsistancy. The established canon is that the boom tubes alter the size of the travelers. We dont' know what happened while DD traveled to the 4th world. The ESTABLISHED CANON IS IN THE NEW GODS SERIES.

the source is uber powerful. on the other hand, lucifer himself stood on the shoulder of the source to watch creation and completely IGNORED the source{compare this to darksied with the anti life equation who cudnt even get throuught the wall with his power} and the source dared not even try to converse with lucifer. morningstar wins.
