The whole point of Batman wouldn't let that happen, comes from the fact that he doesn't use guns, yet Batman respects them and admires them, so he knows all about their abilities. Batman does get shot, Gotham Knight depicted a suffering Batman with a gunshot wound, but he still continues, doesn't give up and can take someone out regardless of several gunshot wounds. Of course a lethal one would kill him, but the same goes for anyone. Swagger getting sniped in the face would kill him, see how it works both ways.

If anything, I am a fan of the book author and all of his characters, from all of his books. Swagger would be like third in line behind Earl Swagger and Lamar Pye as my faves.
