I have provided FACTS that Batman can be shot by someone with little or no skills, and, against Swagger, it's painfully obvious he would get shredded.

Nothing is for certain. If you go up against Mike Tyson, its not guaranteed he will win, you might get extremely lucky.

Novel Swagger was a bit tougher. He took a bullet dead center in the chest, escaped the law, and stuffed a donut wrapper in the hole until he found help.
