Sure, if you wanna ignore the facts I provided, thats your call. All you are providing is your opinion, I showed that Batman can easily be shot by thugs in an alley with pistols.
Swagger, armed with a G36 that fires over 700 rounds a minute and has a 100 round drum magazine, well........I guess you are gonna ignore that too.
Keaton's Batman, yeah, maybe, Bale's Batman, likely not.
What you are ignoring is, that Batman doesn't have the time to plan out his attacks with random street thugs (which he fights every day, so far, without dying) and can therefore be hit easier. Swagger would not have that advantage, in fact, though Röland seems to disagree, I'd say you actually gave Batman the advantage (obviously you did not want to, cause you are biased and childish), but with Batman's vast resources, immensely superior skills and time to spy out the area and devise a plan Swagger would have almost no chance at all.
Nothing Swagger has shown in Shooter would indicated that he could take on someone of Batman's caliber. Your scenario is cute and all, and I am sure you think that you are mighty smart for having thought up the ultimate death of Batman, but you seem to forget that Swagger is just a man. He doesn't have 360 vision, he doesn't have perfect aim. He is very good from far away when he is hidden, he is only alright and extremely lucky when doing anything else than Sniping. And Batman would never just run into his fire, your scenario supposes so much idiocy on Batman's side and so much super human abilities on Swagger's that it is just laughable.
A stupid spite thread, that, because you are a moron, didn't even work out the way you hoped.

You and I both know I didn't write the script, so there's no need for sarcastic questions. In an interview I read for Wizard Magazine he explained several scenes.

That could have been portrayed any number of ways, fact is Batman was shot by two thugs with little if any training, and Bob Lee, with his training and weaponry, would make mincemeat of him.If it was a .50 cal rifle round, or a barrage of G36 fire, he wouldn't be "playing" dead. He would in fact "be" dead.
Swagger isn't gonna say "Hey, I shot him, he's down, I wonder what he looks like?"
He is gonna make sure Bat is dead for certain. Trained killer....thug.......big difference.
Bob Lee, in this scenerio might kill him, however I doubt that since Begins and TDK, he will lose. If it were Keaton Batman or any of the other Batman movies that were pretty bad, he'd probably win, but the military-esque Batman from Begins and TDK? Haha, please. Swagger is nothing.
Oh, and for the video you posted. Batman falls over 15 meters, takes still down two thugs, and gets (tactically) shot, pretending to be dead, yet is able to get up as fast as he wants taking down the 4 guys easily on top of that all being caused by him having to rescue someone.
H-how would that give an advantage to Swagger? (not at all)
Originally posted by Bardock42I gave no one any advantage. I never said Batman would run into his fire. The scenario isn't "cute", it's a realistic outlook of how events would play out if Batman were enlisted to find Swagger.

Yeah, Swagger is just a man, and with that statement you are implying that Batman is more than a man, something of a god. He bleeds just as Swagger does. He can be killed, he is mortal.
Only all right and extremely lucky? You must have seen a different version of Shooter than I did.
Swagger doesn't have superhuman abilities, I never said or implied that. He merely has skills and weaponry unlike anyone Batman has faced in the movies.

What a failure of a thread.Batman would win in any scenario that isn't tailored to Swagger by RJ. Even in this one there are still ways he could win, as proposed.
The thread obviously needs closing, and RJ needs to think before opening another.

What, pretell, would have happened if the thugs decided to unload in Batmans face instead of unmasking him?

You are so dumb. You didn't understand a word I said, did you? Don't answer that.

I am pretty sure any fan of the comics is well aware of such scenarios. Does Bane ring any bells? Of course it doesn't.
Originally posted by Bardock42I understood perfectly. You claimed I am giving Swagger godlike powers. You are saying I think Batman is an idiot. You are saying I think Batman would just walk up and say shoot me. Unless you are talking in circles as you usually do.

He wouldn't take the same risks against a trained sniper than against a common thug. You think too little.
I see something now. I know for a fact you are a huge Batman fan, as well as Scythe, and AC being the comic fan he is, he is a Batman fan.....do I need to finish this for you?

As I thought, you understood nothing. Hahaha, me talking in circles, the moron of KMC accuses me...of talking in circles.

I didn't use a comic version, I countered your lousy argument.

He has a chance to win. Batman is human, he just doesn't have a particularly great chance. And he might do his best to ensure he has a good chance, it just wouldn't give him the edge over Batman, trying the same.
Also, it's ridiculous that you accuse me and the others of fanboyism, when you, quite clearly, were trying to make a spite thread as well as being an immense fan of Swagger.

Are you asking out of curiosity or are you asking so you can say "HA, it's a comic book character!" the second of which would miss the point soo, soo bad (although he was in one of the movies).

Nah, you are saying you are a fan of Batman, but you don't know shit about him and constantly underestimate him as well as being out to prove that he is "only a human" and therefore beatable (as if anyone would deny that).
Your boner for Swagger on the other hand is undeniable.

Batman does get shot, as we've seen in Gotham Knight. He's learned to "work through pain" so I highly doubt gunshot wounds are gonna stop him from getting Swagger. Before you start spouting a: "HE DIDN'T GET SHOT IN THE FACE ZOMGWTFBBQ SMILEY, SMILEY!" He wouldn't be shot in the face so easily, he'd get shot anywhere else, but he knows how gunmen work. So if he does get shot, he can still continue seeing as how he knows direct first-aid, uses almost space age, futuristic first-aid equipment, Swagger would get beat.

Then if they all reflect, then you just spelled out Swagger's doom.

Think about this for a second RJ, so if it's movies only, then we can count off Swagger's adventures in novels?
