Apparantly not. Looks like their China servers crapped out for a few months. I didn't know they had so many subs in China.

Dragon Age and Mass Effect are generic, though. Dragon Age especially - there's literally nothing about it (either of them) that sets it apart from any other standard fantasy/sci-fi story. And when they go on about making a brand new game (at one point they refered to SWTOR as the most innovative MMO ever)...yeah, it is a bad thing.
😐
i think i have nothing more to say to you.

well, that would do it.
Good news indeed. The amusing thing about the interview is the concession that the MMO market is changing- amusing in that that was equally true during TOR's development, and plenty of people said so. The change was already there; they had just missed it.
Anyway, hopefully this happens and TOR will be the final nail in the coffin of the traditional subscription model.
I'm no genius on it either, and I don't even know if TOR supports it or even needs it on in main card settings.
What I do know is this:
1. Some games have an issue whereby the FPS number goes stupidly high because the graphics card isn't told then to stop trying, as it were. The Starcraft 2 title screen had that issue at first, I think.
2. A similar issue is happening to some people in another game I play, which whilst a very CPU intensive game really shouldn't be breaking the gpu bank. There, especially, people affected have been asked to check if their v-sync is forced off, as it is meant to run with it on.
3. Having v-sync on SHOULD, if fully supported, limit your frame rate to your monitor's refresh rate. So if- and it's a big if- this is an FPS overload issue and TOR works in this way, that may help. It's helped in other games.
4. However, if it is set to application settings, I'd just check to see if TOR itself has an option for it.
I assume your card is supported, btw?
Intel® HD Graphics.
Lots of people have the same problem.
I was playing it fine for months though. It doesn't make much sense to me unless they updated the game past my laptops ability to handle. And even then, my game plays fine, better than ever in fact.
