Two Face!

I still don't think he's dead and that if he is dead that's stupid, lol

Not really, it all ties up with his death.

The whole point of TDK was to show that people can be corrupted, not that Two-Face must die and stay dead. In any case, it'd be hella easy to bring him back, and there'd be so much that could be done with the character.

Yes he was corrupted, got his revenge then died.

It wasn't about revenge, it was about doing what he thought was fair.

Yeah but all the people he attacked were responsible for Rachel's death.

He thought it'd be fair if he got his revenge...

So technically, they go hand-in-hand...

Good point, but I still think it'd be better if he were alive. Even you yourself has said he's almost up there with the Joker as far as being a villain goes. He's that damn awesome.

But WHY would he do that? What reason does he have to become a crime boss or anything like that?

That'd be a completely different Two-Face from the one in TDK...

No he wouldn't.Uh are you forgetting he went bad as Two-Face at the end of the movie? Killing people and even getting ready to kill Gordons son if the coin landed tails? 😆 The Joker pushed him over the edge and made him go bad as two-face.Dont see why Nolan wouldn't continue that while having Dent locked up.Maybe his mind goes mad while recovering at a hospital and still remembers the words of the joker and that sets him off again and makes him go on a crime rampage. It would be pretty absurd just for him to be in most that movie as Harvey Dent to only have him be in the movie briefly at the end as two face never to be seen again.Pretty ridiculous to have him be in the dark knight just to have the name TWO-FACE mentioned just ONCE by Gordon in the movie never to be repeated again. That would be pretty fool hardy to build him up like that as two face just to be written off at that point.I cant see Nolan being stupid like that.

totally agree.its just totally stupid to build him up as two -face to have his name only mentioned ONE time never to see him again. That would be pointless and would suck to see that happen. 😠 Thats a stupid Burton/Schumacher thing to do.Not for Nolan.

uh no it would be pointless NOT to bring him back.pretty stupid to build him up like that and be two face so briefly only to never be seen again. 🙄

not at all his story was wrapped up in the end.

I honestly don't think he is dead. Batman didn't seem too torn up about it and neither did Gordon if he was. And I'd think Batman would be pretty upset being that he's the one who rushed him off the edge. If he is dead it makes the ending seem kind of weird to me. "Hey I killed him...but it's cool cuz I'm gonna take the rap for everything he did! Later yall!"

yeah thats a very good point.I mean if he WAS dead,Batman SHOULD have been a lot more torn up about it than that.same with Gordon.yeah very good points.

ehh Two-Face may just end up like Venom in Spider-Man 3, although Two-Face was treated a whole lot better, fact is he did what needed to be done, there's no real reason for him to come back, unless the Black Mask or another gotham mob boss makes an appearance.

But really then Two Face was nothing more than a pawn in the Joker's game and that in itself I think for some Two Face fans like me kind of sucks. And then to have him die like that if he did die is pretty lame. Honestly I'd much rather have had him scarred and tortured and had the movie end with him being revealed as Two Face after the Joker was put away and Joker's ace in the hole speech and then have the third film focus on him. I loved what Aaron Eckhart did with the character but Two Face deserves more than just to kill a couple of crooked cops and then get shoved off a building by Batman. That's lame.

And i would have liked the same for Venom, but it ain't going to happen, his story was the fact that te joker could corrupt a hero, as Two-Face he got his revenge on almost everyone involved with Dawes death, he also got rid of a key mob boss, and the joker did the rest, his entire story was finished.

wouldn't it be logical for Gordon to not mind the death of Two-Face? I mean, the guy just threatened his entire family... I wouldn't mind, even if the guy used to be good.

Ladies and gentlemen, welcome to the Parker show, where common sense and reasoned debate are thrown out of the window in favour of tiresome stubbornness and grammatically poor post after grammatically poor post.
And, Parker, I disagree. How many times does Batman lose control of his emotions? Maybe the one time when he discovered the Joker had Rachel captive. He wasn't that close to Dent; they spoke maybe 5 or 6 times in the film. And he was fairly 'torn up' anyway, just far too awesome to show it.
