State the real excuses for not wanting both matches to end at the same time (would be fair to judges and to combatants) apart from not wanting to.

That was Smurph, I'm not him nor do I remember the particulars. It was a throwaway match in either case, we both would have made it to the finals.

This match's is done when the posts are done, and Smurph has a few more posts to make (which he is doing). My "real world" life has not allowed me to post much lately as it where, but Smurph is still fighting the good fight, even as busy as he is. We still have a few points we would like to discuss 🙂

I have a few more posts I want to make, and I'll do my best to make them. I can barely get online as it is, and Blair's looking at the possibility at being somewhere where he won't have internet for god knows how long, and so we're scrambling as it is.

Anyways, no, I object to the match ending now.

As for double standards, of course I objected to an extension in my match with Digi. I really had no interest in dragging on the debate any longer. In this case, I do have an interest in dragging it on.

Ok. It's in the hands of the judges now. I'll try to round them all up and get these matches settled by Saturday.

Speak for yourself. I'm thrilled with the time off after that epic mess that was our match. Momentum suffering could be a problem, but as long as ill gets the judges to act within a reasonable time frame, we should be good. I'll be happy if we can pick up shortly after Christmas.

So....what does that mean, exactly? We're obviously not getting judge votes in time to start up again before Christmas. Will the finals simply be put on indefinite moratorium if you win your semis match? That's unfortunate that you guys are so hindered, and it also doesn't bode well for the tourney.

Eh. Maybe we'll drop or something. I'll give it some thought...
