He's not Canadian, and yes he's an AIM experiment. Only the enchanted metal they used was ganked from Charnel himself, a herald-level Death's Head II enemy, who fashioned sentries from his own body-material. AIM temporarily incanpacitated one and tried unsuccessfully to warp it to their purposes. So it's not entirely an AIM design, but takes most of its properties from Charnel's evil magics.

Staff of One has only one real limitation- it can't resurrest and that's not that big of a limitation...It's abilities are way ahead of other magicans in tier.

Respect thread. Two limitations only- can't resurrest and can't formulate the same spell twice (same effect- possible but differently fourmulated).

Those limitations leave a lot of room to speculate.

Nico is an unexperienced mage who wileds Skyfather-level weapon. Her "standart equipment">>>>Iron Man level, so she's banned by definition of the tier, no need of specific rule.
Note- the proposed ban is on weapon rather than on Nico.

Nico is akin to a noob GL- by themselves they're high metas, but their standart equipment can potentially do skyfather-level feats.

Also, I leave on the 24th... and still dislike having our drafting day on the 23rd, as I have pre-leaving priorities. But... whatever.

It never caught on so I dropped it. Hopefully he proves me wrong. Regardless, we have a lot of judges, which is always a good thing.

As for Nico, she's automatically banned without any additional discussions- since the tourney doesn't allow>>>>Iron Man level offensive equipment (and I believe cap for tech is valid for magic items also). She goes under the same loophole as GL Soranic Natu (spelling?)- being in posession of standart equipment that is way too high for that tier, despite being used by novices and thus having those novices in high meta tier.

Eh, it's not personal. I even told him I'd be doing this in future tournaments after his immature blowup in Evangel's last tourney, so it shouldn't come as a surprise. He just hasn't done anything to change my mind, or rather has proved my point so numerously in the past that ever changing my mind will be hard to do.

That's 6 "for" by my count.
