how is it a stupid quesntion, black panther trains by defeating wakandas best warriors easily, and has been shown to be equal to wolverine in skill whenever they fought....when wolverine charged him in an X-men book, black panther easily used wolverine to knock down the other x-men. in their other fight Black Panther was stalemating wolverine in a fight he wasn't even taking seriously.

He tossed Wolverine once and you want to argue that makes him Wolverine's equal in skill? You do realise of course that if you take that position you then have to take the stance that Wolverine is equal to or greater than the Mandarin in skill also? Is that a position you'd like to take?

He knew full well that Wolverine was taking the fight seriously and seeing as Panther himself was the one who re-initiated the fight at that point he must have been taking the fight seriously as well, or it was a bone headed decision on his part. He kicked Wolverine off him only because Thing showed up and distracted Wolverine, as Panther himself more or less admitted.
Even though I think the burden of proof is on you to prove that BP is more skilled, I'll still indulge you. Wolverine has a track record against high tier MA's that is pretty much unmatched. He has stomped Shang-Chi into the ground in three panels, got DD in a full-nelson in two after DD attacked him, was winning his fight against Junzo (an amped up Iron-Fist MA with control over the elements who punked Danny), almost always wreaks SS effortlessly (and SS has punked Spider-man, shown himself to be more skilled than a superhuman android programed with every known MA, and held his own against a dragon), Wolverine even managed to hold his own in a brief exchange with Stick.

I never said Black Panther was more skilled I don't believe, I dont have to prove anything. I'm curious to see why you think wolverine is more skilled. BLack Panthers track record is equally as impressive, and his martial art skill is only enhanced by his vast intelligence of how an opponent will react t oa certain move. Heck he took down ironman, the fantastic four (one on one) and several others, not only this with his herb healing his injuries and giving him enhanced stamina he should be able to keep up with wolverine for the duration of the fight (not only this Black Panther has beaten Captain AMerica quite easily on occasion)

If what you say is true then the fight can go either way 50/50. Beating Captain America easily? Mind if I see scans? Not saying you're lying I just want to see how easily and under what circumstances. Either way, I think Logan and BP are top tier so really skills don't come into affect. If Logan is overconfident like he tends to be a large part of the time he gets put down..if he keeps is head in it and remember who he's fighting, the fight could go either way...
