Lestov,
Not sure where you got that pic, but the video shows that a lady-taser was used on Bauer; this is what he died from, not some police/military issue high powered one.
Stills from the scene, right before they start shocking Bauer:
It looks very similar to those cheap personal security ones; here's one sold for $42.95: http://www.personalsafetyshop.com/SGSITEMD?PMPRNO=0000000473
McClane probably wouldn't even feel that.

They used both a tazer and a stun gun on him in that episode. My apologies.

It looks like a stun gun, just like very other stun gun? What does a "high-end" stun gun (not taser) look like?

That's not what was used on Bauer. The tazer used was called a "Thunder XL" (name can be visibly seen)

No, he wouldn't feel that $45 tazer you just posted, but that wasn't what was used on Bauer. McClane couldn't handle the Thunder XL.

Are you still crying about this? it was a normal real world taser...not some super sci-fi taser like you want it to be.
What are you blabbering about?

The tazer must be powerful if it can kill a man who withstood 20 months of YouTube video and single-handedly killed a platoon of people the day of his return.
McClane would get WTFpwned by the Thunder XL. FACT.
Probably could, given that the lady taze that offed Bauer only caused it so limp for a week.
Jack Bauer would be nothing or dead without Richard Walsh.
The Ricky Walsh in DH3 did not save McClane.
(Yet another name/concept that 24 lifted/ripped off from DH.)
BTW LOL at the standard of opposition in this TV series...
Bauer delivering a body shot to the guy guarding the CTU lockdown, and him not giving chase or retaliating, literally allowing Bauer to escape.. and THESE are the guys who save Bauer's ass on request???? LOLOLOLOL
Pathetic.
Nope. It didn't get tazed by the Thunder XL, which is clearly a stronger stun gun than the old lady's, and certainly didn't receive the amount of electricity Bauer did, even proportionate to it's size.
WTF are you talking about? Walsh died in the second episode! Have you seen the show? Are you just trolling here with no knowledge of 24, Saddie boy? 😆
No. Simon's overemotional stupidity saved McClane.
24 blows DH out of the water. Even now everybody says the Die Hard franchise is dead, and Bruce only has one more movie left in him. So that's 6 films=12 hours worth of McClane that people are willing to stand. Compare that to 194 hours of Bauer, with another 12 (and possibly more) coming next year. Why can people only stand 12 hours of McClane but 194 of Bauer?
Because 24 is better and more enjoyable 🙂

Because Bauer incapacitated him due to his clearly superhuman abilities.
And that's like saying "BTW LOL at the standard of opposition in the Die Hard movies....
Gabriel having McClane, his daughter, and Farrell dead to rights, and not shooting them immediately and getting the phuck out of there, but deciding to molest McClane, literally allowing McClane to escape..."
or
"BTW LOL at the standard of opposition in the Die Hard movies....
Simon having McClane and Zeus bound right in front of him, and rather than shooting them and getting phuck out of there, he decided to leave them in a Dr. Evil death trap and give him the location of his destination, literally allowing McClane and Zeus to escape and find him..."
Supermans don't get killed by lady tazers that little dogs survive with no other problems that limping for a week.
LOL Jack told Walsh in that very episode that he OWED HIS LIFE to Richard. Guess you must've wiki'd it and not seen it, eh?
The agent who'm Bauer got past so stupidly, was stupid because he fell for the dropped keys trick. One of the oldest in the book. He dropped them, the guy bent over to pick em up, and Bauer sucker punched him with a girly shot that seemed to actually keep the man down. lol
No your analogies fail utterly to make weight.
The Gabriel inaccuracy on your part speaks for itself, the nord de lingis thing was an approximate, and McClane tracked his ass down.
When McClane protects people they live.
Unlike in Bauer's case.
(Even with everyone wiping his ass for him)
I don't recall Holly doing most of McClane's dirtywork in DH..
and the product of his loins smash Russian cities.
If '24' had McClane in it, it'd have to renamed '6'.
24 won't get boxoffice presentation, because its a thinly veiled DH ripoff in concept.
LOL At Bauer failing to snap that prisoner's neck (the one who shot the lady cop) in day 4 or 5...
It wasn't a lady tazer. It was the Thunder XL, which is obviously more powerful.
In that case, McClane owes his life to Zeus Carver
"..you saved my life and all. Thanks,"-
John McClane, Die Hard with a Vengeance
And McClane has taken on stupider opponents. Lihn thought he was unconscious and started bullying Farrell, literally allowing McClane to get the jump on her (briefly, as she kicked his ass even more, forcing him to hit her with a truck)
How is the Gabriel part inaccurate? Hilarious how you say it "speaks for itself" to dodge having to answer it. Real pathetic, Saddie boy 😆. And Simon could have shot them both and ended everything, but he didn't.
McClane can't handle 24. You're still dodging my question of how he finds the nuke in Day 2, since Wald was the only lead. You can't even answer that, but you think McClane can do better? 😆
Who cares about Box Office? Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen did well at the Box Office. Does that mean it's better than Game of Thrones? WTF is your argument here?
WTF are you talking about? What prisoner in Day 4 or 5, which involved no prison or prisoners? Again, your lack of 24 knowledge is absolutely hilarious (even if it does make you look like a pathetic simpleton) 😆
That $42.95 dollar taser I posted is rated at "4,000,000 volts", the Thunder XL you're claiming was used on Bauer is rated at "100,000 volts". ie The Thunder XL is 40 times weaker than a common lady-taser: http://skelec.koreasme.com/price.htm
SK-8000
THUNDER XL STUN GUN W/ SUPER STRONG
HALOGEN LIGHT CAN. 100,000 VOLT
So Bauer died from a taser designed just to cause some light pain and scare away a purse snatcher.
Nope. It was a lady tazer.
If thats was true and not just a figure of speech, McClane still fought in Nam, was a marine, served 11 years as a cop, did all of DH 1 and DH 2 and THEN would have been killed.
None of 24 would have been possible without Richard saving Bauer.
Hence the phrase it speaks for itself: Anyone whom has seen DH4 would disagree with you.
MIF would throw leads his way.
My argument is that Jack Bauer is a ripoff of McClane and has failed to be marketed thusly.
Ohhhhh dear Lizzie...too busy rage-shitting your panties to have seen my correction eh.....?
