It's far below things like the TEK-12 stun gun, the Thunder XL is rather weak.

Only way you would know that it was weaker than the TEK-12 is if you knew the voltage of the Thunder XL to compare it to. So what's the voltage?

Thunder XL is a cheap S. Korean stun-gun with a rated "100,000 volts". You're better off throwing it at an assailant than you are trying to stun them with it.

I can't post an exact picture of the SK Thunder XL, since there seemingly isn't one on the internet (then again, you knew this before you asked me, which is kind of a dick move really) but I can post tazers from the same company and "Thunder" model.

The SK Thunder logo is embedded on the tazers, as well as it's specific name. This clearly done for all tazers under the SK Thunder brand.

The one used on Bauer doesn't have a SK Thunder logo or it's name embedded on it,

The SK Thunder logo is visible nowhere on the back either, meaning it's clearly not a part of that brand. That only means it's entirely fictional.
