I can cook a few things, just need the ingredients and stuff, but I dont have a car so I cant go shopping, I just settle for prepackaged crap from the store.

That's quite the awesome breakfast, be careful with protien shakes though, they can be quite unhealthy if not carefully taken.

I take WPI protein 3 times a day; 1 at breakfast, one between lunch and dinner, and one before bed, and a high carb protein post workout. That amounts to about 100 - 120 grams of protein all up. The other 120 I get from meat, dairy and whatever else throughout the day. I couldn't eat enough to get the protein I'm required to take for a person my body weight. I am careful with it though, I've seen my doctor about the best ways for me to supplement etc.
