Oh cool, the substitution of the salsa must've given it a good zing, great job!"TERRIFIC, EVEN BETTER THAN MAMA!"
Thanks. It went well with it. My friend also suggested using pizza sauce and putting other toppings on it to make a chicken base pizza/parmigiana. I might try it soon, with the amount of chicken I consume there can never be too many ways to prepare it.

Did you make that salsa yourself?
If so, tell me what it's like.
BTW, I'm Italian, so I would definitely prefer the red sauce to salsa....however, I haven't tried the salsa, so I can't knock it. 😐
This is a good thread. I like this thread a lot.

Nah, I didn't make the salsa myself. It's just Doritos spicy salsa. I had some left over from nachos I made a week or so ago, so I thought I'd try this.

That is great. You should try chicken in green sauce or green chile, it's different.

I was going to google it, but if you have some recipes handy, I'd love to grab them.
Well, the easiest, and spiciest if you take two cups of water, dump them in a blender, chop up some fresh green chiles or fresh jalapenos. Get your hands on some small green tomatoes, they're usually plentiful in Mexican Supermarkets. You fry/toast them on a flat pan with a medium flame on the stove. Then throw at least seven of them into the blender with the water, chop up four to seven of your choice of chiles, chop half an onion, add salt as you would like, then blend for about six to eight minutes. Careful with the scent all that makes, the toasting of the tomatoes and everything give off a strong oder that causes you to cough.

Christ you people make cooking look so good. If I wasn't so lazy and stopped buying all this microwave shit in the freezer, I'd make up some stuff.
