Not Rulk at it's top, but current Rulk hasn't proved itself around the cheer amazingness that is Simon.

Ok Bentley New Drink; What do you think of this Hiro Kala? Do you think that the Hulk's will have to put him down, or do you think he'll fall in line like Skaar did?

My theory is that he'll go Vulcan on Hulk, probably forcing Skaar to go to space to chase the thir-second Banner brother.

^ Current Banner has finally accepted/embraced the Hulk persona as a part of himself. This newfound acceptance enables him to utilize the Hulk's power to it's best, instead of constantly trying to control it (which has held him back in the past.)

That said, current Hulk is, imo, the strongest version of Hulk we've yet to see.... Even moreso than Wark Hulk. 😛

If your asking if the Hulk is currently more powerful than War Hulk, I would have to say yes. There will be people that disagree, but War Hulk was pushed like a farmers plow by the Juggernaut for at the very least 100 yards, while the current Hulk was barely pushed a foot. This shows how much more powerful he is now, than when he was hooked up to the Celestial tech.

I can't believe you're arguing that Banner's statement was in reply to that conversation. Said comment was even placed in the same panel as Thor's defeat.

The writer outright agreed with my reasoning and this wasn't some personal email, this was a legit CBR interview that came out the day or so after the comic. At that point people we're still trying to figure out if it was cannon or not. The hate mail started when he registered on message boards,.

What happened happened and it can't be undone. It brought Thor's stock down. I'll have to live with it, but on a forum such as this, where these little details matter? Best believe I'll bring them to light.
